It's warmb... and yucky

Yes I spelled that the way I wanted. It's a cute saying we have in our house. It's overcast again, tropical yucky humid weather. Will be closing up shortly and likely will stay that way, like last night, until around 9 or 10. Whimper. Constant noise of the loud fan next to me is getting on my nerves.

I brought a bag and my gloves down along with my clippers to cut that tomato down and it got too hot too fast so left the bag in my supply bucket and will see about doing it tonight or tomorrow morning.

Couldn't contain myself anymore, tossed a bunch of cilantro seeds in the corner and back of the west bed. The two coming up in the south bed are stretched out due to being in the shade all the time so figured what the  heck. Most of the seeds were collected from my plants Yes I was supposed to wait until I had more soil to put in there but I know that's not going to happen soon, if at all so might as well just do what I can.

Cucumbers are having variable success right now and the largest one has been munched on. I shifted the straight one out to hang on the rim of the bed for safety. The pieces of bark are not good insurance to keeping them off. I picked up that one that's been chewed and there were two pill bugs, one on the bark and one on the cucumber. Grrr. Trellising for next year somehow.

Other than that, and here is a video of just how noisy they are when they are roosting in the trees for the night. Despite parrots being supposed tropical birds we are not a tropical paradise. The ones I talked about earlier stayed in the tree over the back fence all day. The majority of the flock travels on in the morning  but a few still linger around in the trees.

Because that's what they do. Leaves are all over the ground along with poop splatters but it still makes me smile.
