Clear, warm and breezy for Easter Sunday

The weather makes it nice for hunting eggs in yards and parks in my area. Beautiful, gorgeous weather and I'm hoping to get out and take a walk. Short post today since I didn't take very many pictures and want to enjoy the weather.

Definitely needed watering today and picked the small ripening tomato, has mite damage but may still be edible.

Just pictures of the dry dirt right off the bat. Dry and flat like a southwest desert, bleh. You can see the darker patches is where the soil is lower and collects the organic matter, the higher pale areas are sandy, gritty clay.

Before watering pictures of course, you can tell because everything is all nice and perky. See the pea branch at the top of the cage?

Yeah, need more stakes or some fencing or something otherwise that's going to be just a mass of tendrils and branches falling all over the place. I sacrificed one of the smaller peas due to bad positioning for catching onto anything. The left picture middle of the cage was a small pea so just yanked it, into the compost pile for recycling.

A new photo of the Bougainvillea that I mentioned but apparently deleted yesterday. Really need to get my phone fixed, doing the same thing today as  yesterday when I try to look at the photos. (I do not have the money for a new phone.)

This still does not have the full color that the bus has even after adjusting the picture. The picture looks better on my phone than it does to me on here. Hope it looks good to you.

Happy spring y'all!
